![]() I'm pulling my hair trying to configure DoT for IPv6. So, how could I maintain redundancy for the two Pi-holes and redirect all the traffic to them?Īlso, if possible, I would like to know if it is wise to block DoT. But I believe this is because I didn't add an exception for the Pi-hole, and the Pi-hole gets stuck redirecting infinitely. Everytime I add this firewall rule, I lose DNS resolution. So far I have been testing with just one Pi-hole, but with no luck. This is the firewall NAT rule I added: Interface: LAN I am already using them as my DHCP DNS server, but now I want to redirect all DNS traffic to the Pi-holes, and at the same time I want to keep the redundancy of the two. I am finally messing around with OPNSense, as I bought one of those popular boxes with a N5105 and 4x 2.5Gb NICs.
